Town Mills Riverside Park Work to Start

Hold onto to your hardhats. The work to implement Andover’s Masterplan begins next week – with contractors on site to create the brand-new riverside park at Town Mills.

The joint Hampshire County Council, Test Valley Borough Council and Andover Vision scheme has already delivered a new access road from Western Avenue to the existing car park and work will now begin to create the new park itself. With luscious new landscaping, brand new walkways and eye-catching features to really showcase the river.

Hampshire County Council have assured me that access to properties and businesses will be maintained at all times during the works and every effort will be made to minimise disruption.
