Hemingway Design and New Masterplanning in partnership with Test Valley Borough Council have launched a survey asking for your feedback on Andover town centre.

Rejuvenating our town centres is my administration’s top priority and your views, via this survey, will help inform our ambitious plans for the redevelopment. We all know town centres are changing with a greater focus on leisure and living as well as retail, and in this context we are keen to understand what would attract you and more people to Andover.
