Andover Masterplan Adopted

I’m pleased to report that at this evening’s meeting of Test Valley’s Full Council, councillors voted unanimously to adopt the Andover Masterplan.

Since our plans were published two weeks ago, I’ve received some really incredible feedback from the public - who are impatient to see it implemented. Although it can’t happen overnight, that is the challenge we now need to set our minds to.

As I said in the meeting tonight, I have spent my entire life calling Andover home. It’s a town I love, immensely. Whose people, businesses and communities drive me on. Every single day. I think myself as being enormously privileged to head up a council that has just voted to drive forward this exciting plan. We won’t let you down.
