Harewood Incinerator Pre-application Consultation Response
Test Valley Borough Council has published its proposed response to the Harewood Incinerator consultation, which recommends to the Northern Area Planning Committee that Test Valley formally OBJECTS to the Wheelabrator submission.
I have also contributed to the consultation in my capacity as Leader of the Council. The proposal is in completely the wrong place and having read the consultation document there is also a significant lack of detailed information, which I suspect if included, would only add to the evidence of why this incinerator should not be constructed in this location.
